Caitlin Colley is a highly driven Paralegal at our firm, currently navigating the path of qualification via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route. A graduate of the University of Cumbria with an LLB degree, she has successfully passed SQE 1 and is well on her way to becoming a fully qualified solicitor.

Within our Financial Mis-selling Department, Caitlin plays a vital role. She is typically the first face clients see, making initial contact with a warm welcome call and sending out introductory documents. This crucial introduction sets the tone for our firm’s commitment to excellent client service.

Her primary responsibilities include obtaining necessary information from clients and third parties, managing initial enquiries, and ensuring all the details are in place to move the case forward effectively.
