Nadeem Pervaz

Nadeem is the Director and Principal at Edward & Amaury Solicitors.

Nadeem’s legal career spans over a decade, previously working at a local Solicitors firm, where he trained and qualified. Nadeem started Edward and Amaury Solicitors in 2020.

Nadeem has a deep understanding of multiple facets of the law, handling a wide range of issues from debt recovery, breach of contract, dispute resolution, private client, immigration law, personal injury, and complex financial mis-selling claims.

He has extended experience in flight delay litigation where he developed a specialism in utilising the European Small Claims Procedure to efficiently sue companies or individuals throughout Europe.

Nadeem also holds substantial expertise in handling landlord and tenant disputes, often a complex and sensitive area of law. With a deep understanding of the related legislation, Nadeem provides both landlords and tenants with proficient legal advice in matters of eviction, lease disputes, security deposit issues, property damage, and rent arrears.

In his spare time Nadeem enjoys keeping fit and active and plays for a local cricket team.
