Rachel serves as a dedicated Legal Assistant at our law firm, a role she has embraced with enthusiasm and professionalism. She graduated in 2022 with an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Cumbria, where she honed her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of legal principles. Her academic background is solid, and she brings a fresh and energetic approach to the legal field.

In her day-to-day role, Rachel is often the first point of contact for our clients, handling both telephone and email enquiries with patience and finesse. She is known for her ability to put clients at ease with her friendly demeanour and clear communication style.

Rachel’s primary focus is assisting with mis-sold Business Energy Matters. She has quickly established herself as an invaluable asset in this area, demonstrating a keen understanding of the complexities surrounding these cases. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client service ensure that each case is handled with the utmost care.
